Who May Apply

Eligibility

Must reside in Southeastern Michigan, hold a minimum 3.0 GPA, and be a graduating senior or current college or trade school student. Applicants must qualify under one category:

Military Family

  • Active-Duty Member
  • National Guard / Reserve
  • Military Retiree
  • Honorably Discharged Veteran
  • Deceased Military Member
  • Current MOAA Member

JROTC Cadet

  • Army JROTC
  • Navy JROTC
  • Marine Corps JROTC
  • Air Force JROTC
  • Space Force JROTC

The Southeastern Michigan Chapter MOAA Scholarship Program invests in the future leaders of our nation by supporting military dependents and JROTC cadets who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, community service, and a commitment to the values of citizenship and service.

Submit all required documents via the online form. Late or incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Applications open January 1 and close March 31.
