Operation TRIAGE - Detroit 2026

Operation TRIAGE is working with Congressman Shri Thanedar (MI-13) and local Veteran Service Organizations to identify and provide new construction or renovation of an existing residence for a deserving Detroit-area disabled veteran in 2026. If you are or know of a qualified veteran, have him or her download and fill out the application to the right and send the completed application to both of the following:

Mesothelioma & Veterans
Many veterans face a higher risk for mesothelioma cancer because the military used asbestos in buildings, ships, vehicles and gear. Even today, old equipment and structures that contain legacy asbestos products can expose veterans to asbestos during repairs, combat or demolition.

The Submariners' Advocacy Group advocates on behalf of current and former US Navy Submariners and undertakes efforts to initiate research and studies required to facilitate proper medical care for those with submarine-connected health conditions and disabilities.
