Applications evaluated on a 100-point scale across five categories by an independent committee.
Eligibility
Southeastern Michigan residents, minimum 3.0 GPA, graduating senior or current college or trade school student.

How to Apply
Submit all required documents via the online form. Late or incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

- Resume of activities and achievements
- Official transcript
- One letter of recommendation
- Proof of military affiliation or JROTC enrollment
- Essay (500-750 words)
